Terms and Conditions for Bike Rentals

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a bike from Go On Riders, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The rental period begins at the time of bike pickup and ends at the time of bike return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Valid driving license (original) is mandatory
• Original passport for non-Indian citizens
• Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)

3. Rental Charges and Payment

Rental charges are calculated on a daily basis. Payment must be made in advance for the entire rental period. Additional charges may apply for:

• Late returns (₹100 per hour)
• Damages beyond normal wear and tear
• Fuel shortage (bikes are provided with full tank)

4. Security Deposit

No security deposit is required for standard bikes. However, for premium and sports bikes, a refundable security deposit may be applicable.

5. Bike Usage Guidelines

• Bikes should be used only within Hyderabad city limits
• No racing or stunt riding allowed
• Only the registered renter is authorized to ride
• Traffic rules and regulations must be strictly followed

6. Helmet and Safety

Complementary helmets are provided with every rental. Wearing helmets is mandatory as per traffic regulations. Go On Riders is not responsible for any injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

Regular maintenance is our responsibility. However, if the bike requires attention during your rental period, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to repair the bike yourself.

8. Loss or Damage

The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the bike during the rental period. Actual repair costs or market value (in case of total loss) will be charged.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before rental time
• 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations

10. Late Return Policy

Bikes must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns will incur additional charges of ₹100 per hour. Extensions are subject to bike availability and must be approved in advance.

11. Fuel Policy

Bikes are provided with a full tank. Renters must return the bike with the same fuel level. Fuel shortage charges will be applied based on current market rates plus service charges.

12. Liability and Insurance

Go On Riders provides basic insurance coverage. However, renters are responsible for deductibles and any damages not covered by insurance. We recommend checking your personal insurance coverage.

13. Prohibited Uses

• Using the bike for illegal activities
• Carrying more passengers than permitted
• Using the bike for commercial purposes
• Taking the bike outside Hyderabad city limits

14. Force Majeure

Go On Riders is not responsible for service interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

15. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this rental agreement will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.

17. Modifications to Terms

Go On Riders reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
